How is pricing calculated?
A scope list comes first — features, pages, endpoints and acceptance criteria — and the fixed total is quoted from that list. Scope changes are re-quoted, never billed afterwards.
How long does it take?
Corporate sites usually 2 to 4 weeks, mini programs 4 to 8 weeks, complex systems delivered in phases. A concrete schedule follows scope sign-off.
Do I get the source code?
Yes. Source, migration scripts, deployment docs and a runbook are handed over — no lock-in, no hidden hooks.
Do you support it after launch?
A warranty period and support model can be contracted: defect-only fixes, periodic checks, or per-incident response. It goes in the contract, not in a verbal promise.
How do troubleshooting orders work?
Send the symptom, reproduction steps and any logs. I assess, then give a diagnosis plan and quote. If I cannot locate it, you do not pay.
Can you work with clients outside Luoyang?
Yes, fully remote: docs, prototypes, milestone acceptance and deployment all happen online, with meetings at key checkpoints.
What do I need for mini program filing and review?
You provide the entity and category materials; I prepare the technical materials, fill in the descriptions and follow up on reviewer feedback.
